Coolant Sump Cleaner

Matrix In-line Coolant Sump Cleaner helps to clean Water-based Coolant Tanks of Machine. contaminated coolants affect machine tool life by damaging the machine parts. Therefore, coolant tank must be cleaned regularly. It is not possible to clean all tanks within a specific period manually. Therefore, we developed Coolant Sump Cleaner, to save time and enhance productivity. It maintains high level of accuracy and repeatability, so that the machine and its components become more consistent. 

Working Principle

Coolant Sump Cleaner works on the principle of Vacuum Suction, Vacuum Suction Blower creates vacuum in the coolant tank, which sucks the contaminated coolant, unwanted dust, swarf, and other solid contaminations. These are filtered through in-build Filter Bag System & Strainer. Cleaned coolant flows into the tank and unwanted solid material remains in the Filter Bag. Discharge Pump discharges the cleaned coolants into machine tank with the help of the pressure generated.

1.The system provides In-line Coolant Filtration facility; so that the coolants can be filtered and refilled again, improving the coolant’s life.

2.This is a unique feature of Coolant Sump Cleaner System. It uses only one Vacuum Pump (Single phase, 1200 W), that helps in power saving.

3.Vacuum suction provides faster coolant suction and delivery.

4.Wheels and Casters make the system portable. Hence, there is reduced or zero risk of personal injury during transportation.

5.Robust construction of the system minimizes safety precautions.

Coolant Sump Cleaner consists:

Coolant Sump Cleaner works on the principle of Vacuum Suction. Vacuum Suction Blower creates vacuum in the coolant tank, which sucks the contaminated coolant, swarf, unwanted dust, and so on. These are filtered through Filter Bag with Strainer. Cleaned coolant flows into the tank and unwanted material remains in the Filter Bag. This technology is called the In-line Coolant Filtration System. Discharge Pump discharges the cleaned coolants into machine tank with the help of the pressure generated. Clean Coolant Discharge is a port from where the clean coolant can be discharged into the machine tank. Control Panel controls the system operation. Manhole helps to clean the tank.
